Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Glam by Zeba. By accessing our website, booking our services, or using any of our offerings, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services Offered

Glam by Zeba provides professional makeup artistry services including:

• Bridal makeup and hairstyling
• Groom styling and grooming
• Party, sangeet, and reception makeup
• Engagement and pre-wedding makeup
• Airbrush and HD makeup
• Doorstep makeup services

All services are subject to availability and are provided by trained and experienced makeup artists employed by Glam by Zeba.

Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed through our website, phone, or email. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation payment or advance.
• Payment Terms: A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of service.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Google Pay, UPI, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
• Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made 15+ days before the service date: Full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations made 7–14 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund.
• Cancellation by Glam by Zeba: In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the service date will incur a fee of ₹500.

We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to artist availability.

Client Responsibilities

• Skin Preparation: Clients are advised to follow pre-makeup skincare recommendations provided by our team. We are not responsible for adverse reactions caused by clients' pre-existing skin conditions or products applied prior to our service.
• Allergies & Sensitivities: Please inform our makeup artist of any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before the service begins. We use only premium, tested products, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type.
• Arrival Time: Please ensure you are ready at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or additional charges.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Glam by Zeba and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent from Glam by Zeba.

Liability and Disclaimer

• Service Quality: We strive to deliver the highest quality makeup services. However, results may vary depending on individual skin type, skin condition, and other factors beyond our control.
• Product Reactions: While we use only premium products, we cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. A patch test is recommended for clients with sensitive skin.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glam by Zeba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Photography and Media Consent

Glam by Zeba may capture photographs or videos of our work for promotional purposes. By booking our services, you grant us permission to use these images on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

We respect your privacy and will never use images in a way that misrepresents or embarrasses you.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
